Basic competency with the airframe chosen on the signup sheet.  At a minimum, you should be able to do the following in your aircraft:
*Aircraft startup, if the mission has cold starts. (Auto-start is fine)
*Taxi and take off.
*Basic navigation to and from assigned targets.
*Landing (visual).
*Maintain loose formation (keep Flight/Element Lead in visual range).
*Follow Flight/Element Lead instructions.
*Know how to employ the weapons assigned to your flight.
*Know how to set IFF codes in the SRS GUI or in the cockpit.
*Change radio channels to package, tower, intraflight, etc. and communicate with others through SRS while doing all of the above.
