TeamSpeak 3 is a proprietary Voice over IP software that allows users to speak on a chat channel with fellow users, much like a telephone conference call. The United Operations Community uses teamspeak as primary verbal communications platform and in conjunction with ACRE 2.
Setting up Teamspeak 3
Use the download link here [1] and download the client (make sure you download the correct OS)
click "I Agree" and the Submit button
click the No thanks, take me to the download button
The installer will start downloading, open it once it has been completed
Go through the step-by-step instructions provided in the installer
OVERWOLF is an OPTIONAL program
Connecting to the teamspeak server
Click the Connections Tab in the top left of the program
In the address bar, put in ts3.unitedoperations.net
The password can be found here [2]
You will need a forum account in order to complete this. Once you have authed your account, you can join the Arma 3 primary server channel (indicated by a brown UO symbol)
