UOAF Leadership Team These individuals are responsible for running squadron operations on a macro scale. Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of BMS and DCS Group events and initiatives, maintaining inter-wing relationships with other squadrons, maintaining UOAF's position in the larger UO community, server maintenance, and establishing philosophy and direction for UOAF.

BMS Group Leadership These individuals are responsible for managing, maintaining, and running UOAF events involving Falcon 4 - BMS. Responsibilities include server management, package fragging, and campaign direction.

DCS Group Leadership These individuals are responsible for managing, maintaining, and running UOAF events involving DCS: World and its high fidelity modules. Officially supported modules include DCS: A-10C and MiG-21, with all other modules included depending on the arsenal included in the event. Responsibilities include server management, mission selection, and promotion of DCS events.
