Meaning
Micro Management does not need a lot of explanation.
A Micro Management system represents management on a smaller or the smallest level of a defined system of structures and procedures and in its meaning is generally not a bad thing. A Fireteam Leader you are usually required to micro manage your e Xpansive team in specific situations and tasks, espcially in virtual gaming as you'll often be confronted with players entirely new to the milsim genre.
